Intellectual Property:

Dreamwriter Inc. retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in its platform, technology, algorithms, templates, and AI models.

Users retain full ownership of the unique content they create using Dreamwriter, except that Dreamwriter may store or process such content as necessary to provide the services. Dreamwriter does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

User Conduct:

Users are prohibited from creating content that is racist, homophobic, sexist, or derogatory towards any individual or group. Impersonating individuals, groups, or corporate entities without written permission is strictly forbidden. Abuse of the Dreamwriter product, including excessive content creation and overuse of AI assistant Dreamy, is not allowed without explicit contractual permission.

AI-Generated Content

Dreamwriter uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist in content creation. While the platform is designed to produce accurate and brand-safe outputs, users are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content prior to publication.

Liability:

Dreamwriter Inc. is not responsible for any breach of conduct by users on the website. Users are solely liable for the content they create.

Account Suspension and Termination:

Accounts suspected of violating the Terms and Conditions will be temporarily suspended pending an internal investigation. If the investigation confirms the violation, the account will be terminated indefinitely.

Service Availability

Dreamwriter aims to maintain service uptime consistent with industry standards but may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance or updates. Dreamwriter will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.
