How Dreamwriter Works
Dreamwriter enables customers to create a Workspace brand, where they set their brand’s fonts, colors, and overall visual identity. Customers can also upload documents and link webpages to feed the AI with rich, relevant context:
- Webpages like homepages, solutions pages, and use case pages
- Documents like messaging guides, sales decks, and other collateral
Customers can also create campaigns, where they provide additional resources specific to a product, service, or target audience. This includes:
- Industry-specific messaging
- Role-specific messaging
- Company-specific personalization
This functionality powers hyper-personalized content that speaks directly to a company’s audience.
What’s Changed: Moving from Summaries to Full Data Utilization
Previously, Dreamwriter would analyze all linked webpages and uploaded documents and generate a concise summary of each source.
Now, with the RAG Vector Database, Dreamwriter stores and retrieves the entire body of text from uploaded documents and linked webpages. This means that instead of working from summaries, Dreamwriter now directly pulls from all the real, detailed data customers provide.
Why This Matters: Addressing Customer Pain Points
Our customers provided valuable feedback: while Dreamwriter produced content quickly, it sometimes went off-message or even fabricated key performance indicators (KPIs).

By storing and indexing all customer-provided content, Dreamwriter now:
